The Jewelry items featured on this website are sold in wholesale only. Beads are usually sold by Kilogram, minimum of 1 Kilogram per design. Some are sold in lesser quantities which is indicated in the details page of each item. All prices here are shown in US Dollars and in no other currency.

We use outside shipping company to ship orders, payment processing company to accept payment from you and we use business partner that might ship shipment directly to you on our instructions.

If you click on "Tell A Friend", one time email will be send with product information to your friend�s email address. We will not store this information except for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

We happily exchange or refund undamaged items in accordance with the restriction outlined in this section. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee. You must request a (Merchandise Return) MR number before shipping the package, within a period of 14 days of receipt of original purchase. The MR number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. MR  number can be obtained by emailing us at returns@beadsfromsource.com. The item that you want to return must be securely packed and the our address should be mentioned on it clearly. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. We will not be responsible for lost or packages damaged by the shipping company. You will receive a refund for the full amount of the items including the original shipping expenses but excluding a 10% restocking fee. Refund will be given by Paypal back to the customer, if Paypal  was used as the method of payment, otherwise a business check will be issued to business name. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns; any balance owed will be refunded within 7 business days. Items that are special order or that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged.
